What is better than peaches and cream? Peaches and champagne of course! This Peach Bellini Mix is a wonderful addition to brunch or a special occasion, like Tuesday! The mix does not freeze solid but remains slushie in the freezer. Great for parties or relaxing at home! Mixing Directions: Pour both packages of powder mix into an 8 cup container with a lid. Mix a bottle of your favorite champagne (750ml). Refill the empty champagne bottle with water and add to the mix. For best results, freeze uncovered overnight. Once frozen, mix can be covered and stored safely in the freezer.  Makes 12 - 1 oz servings
